We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Sales & Coupon Codes
Coupon codes can only be applied BEFORE completing an order.
If you forget to enter a coupon code, we cannot refund you the price difference.
Most orders are shipped the same or next business day. If you have any address changes, please contact us ASAP.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information via the email you provided during checkout. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the United States Postage Service website.
Once your order is shipped, it is solely under the care of the United States Postage Service (USPS).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact USPS and/or your local post office to inquire about the package first.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs, taxes, etc. according to their respective country laws.
Returned to Sender/Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to sender due to an inaccurately entered address, you will be contacted via email within 7 business days of us receiving the returned package.
You may choose to be refunded the cost of your order, less the shipping cost, or you can choose re-pay the shipping cost in order to have your order shipped again - to an alternate address.
If you do not respond to the email inquiries within 1 week, you will be refunded the cost of your item(s), less the shipping cost.
