Small acts of kindness can make a huge difference in our community. An 11-year-old Girl in has a newfound sense of confidence thanks to her bus driver’s kind heart. Sit back for a moment and take in some inspiration from Tracy and Isabella's story:

Two years ago, 11-year-old Isabella Pieri lost her mother to a rare illness, and she had no one to help her style her hair. Tracy Dean, her bus driver, is an extra caring person and decided to help young Isabella. Today, thanks to Tracy, Isabella arrives at school every morning with a nice looking braided hairstyle.

“It makes me feel like she’s a mom pretty much to me,” Isabella said. “And it makes me excited for the next day to see what she does.”

The new custom affects more than just the young girl’s appearance. One of her teachers, Mrs. Freeze, explains “I just noticed her head was a little higher that morning, and she had a little more of a step.”Tracy Dean is happy to help make a difference in Isabella’s life.
